Terms & Conditions – Le clos du theatre

1) Scope

These terms govern the rental of “Le clos du theatre”, 1 Clos de la Sauvageonne, 84100 Orange (France), with a maximum capacity of 8 guests.

2) Booking & Payment

• Due at booking: 100% of the stay.
• Non-refundable option: –10% off public rate, no refunds.
• Payment methods: card, bank transfer, cash, major e-wallets.
• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and signed agreement.

3) Security Deposit

Amount: varies by reservation (shown on confirmation). Method: card pre-auth or transfer. Return: within 7 days after departure, less any damage/loss/exceptional cleaning.

4) Rates, cleaning & tourist tax

• Final cleaning: €60 per stay (mandatory).
• Linen: bed linen and towels included.
• Tourist tax: as per local rules (minors may be exempt).

5) Cancellation

• Flexible: cancel up to 24 hours before arrival for a full refund. After that or no-show: 100% due.
• Non-refundable (–10%): no refund for cancellation/change/no-show.

Consumer withdrawal right does not apply to lodging services for specific dates.

6) Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in from 3:00 pm · Check-out by 11:00 am.
• Access via key box at the front door (code sent before arrival).

7) Occupancy & House rules

• Max occupancy: 8 guests (children and infants included).
• No smoking indoors. No parties or events.
• Respect neighbors and quiet hours.
• Pets: allowed (please inform us when booking; basic rules and cleanliness apply).

8) Pool & safety

• Private, non-overlooked pool for guest use only.
• Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in/around the pool.

9) Liability & insurance

• Guest must hold suitable holiday liability insurance.
• Owner accepts no liability for theft/loss/accidents on site.
• Force majeure: neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.

11) Governing law

French law; competent courts within the Vaucluse jurisdiction.
